Shake bone trays severall times throughout the day
empty the dehumidifier at least 2 times per day in a drain outside of dehydration room
check for dryness of bones by seeing if the craft paper underneath is completely dry - try to put finger through if unsure.  Sometime grease can look wet
Make sure the bones are completely dry before pulverizing
