Inspect urns for damage/chips
Select appropriate size urn for ashes
Marry ashes with urns
Place ashes into urn - place label on ashes and exterior bottom of urn
Clean clay paw with simple green/H2O2 if blood present in toenail impressions and get powder off before or after engraving
Inspect fur vial, check name and charm (cat/dog/bff) trim stings even and to about 1+1/2" and place into appropriately sized organza bag include clay paw if engraved and cleaned
Verify spelling on the labels before placing on ashes/urn
Clean and touch up engraving on urns using simple green and Expo markers where needed
Carefullly check everything - fur color, spelling, verify engraving is correct - check email and the tag with QR code to make sure it is correct, verify phone number on tag is correct if applicable (LOL, mail and pick-ups)
once inspected, place in bag with last name label at the top, attach tag with loop, verify engraved paw print matches the engraved one as well, place fully packaged bag on Whitney's desk of off to the side to QC before putting on shelf gor delivery

Angel Paw - we tie with twine and attache a Monarch tag with the angel's name and Angel Paw writen on it in fine blue sharpie.  We also write the angel's name in sharpie on the actual bag in case it gets separated.  All clear bags go into a white handle carrier to go downstairs for pick up.  Move all tags and then FD can print a pick up report for Angel Paw to sign when they pick up.
